Helicopter Academy is not affiliated with any college or university as these programs cost you money and don't get you the helicopter airtime you need for a job.  Helicopter jobs generally start at 300 hours total time helicopter airtime required. A college program that costs you $80,000 to get you to 150 hours does you little help in applying for a job that requires 300 hours helicopter time, right?   College programs  dilute the money you have away from the hours that you need to seek a job.  Spend your money on the hours that you need and study the FAA books which are free (see download above).   If you want to go to college do that.  If you want to a career as a helicopter pilot start flying today.   If you have a job right now simply stay in that job and start flying an hour a week by calling any of the instructors on our contact page.  If you have $65,000 saved up simply call the school manager at 561-346-2816.
